Lauren Truong

Hi! My name is Lauren Truong, and I am currently a junior majoring in Medical Humanities. Last summer, I decided to study abroad in Vietnam, where I was able to learn about traditional medicine and their benefits! I wanted to study abroad to expand my horizons in a new place and culture, all while meeting so many new people that I can now call friends. Studying in a new place can be scary, but during my time in Vietnam I enjoyed walking the streets by myself and talking to the locals; so don’t be afraid to venture out by yourself!
