The Global Friendship Program (formerly known as the PAWS Program) is a longstanding tradition at Baylor. International students/scholars and U.S. students and families have been connecting and building lasting relationships for many years. We hear stories from both international students and their student friends and families that participating in the GFP has been a rewarding experience.

Be affiliated with Baylor University while applying for GFP

Have intention to remain in program for at least one semester once matched

Be open and willing to engage in new experiences, and the sharing of your culture and values
Fall 2023 Important Dates & Reminders
Our GFP Kickoff event, where we will be introducing our paired matches to one another, is happening on Saturday, September 16th.
In order to maximize your chances of being paired for the fall 2023 semester, please complete the applicable application below by Friday, September 8th.
If you have completed your application already, please keep Saturday, September 16th available on your calendar. We will be reaching out to all applicants within the next two weeks to let them know the status of their pairing.
