J-1 Student Processes
Studying in the United States as an Exchange Student can be a wonderful experience. The U.S. Government Student & Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) expects students to know and understand the regulations for studying in the U.S. under the J-1 visa. In addition, Baylor has specific processes that must be followed.

Our job is to help you maintain status and make cultural adjustments. Maintaining status is the key to remaining in the U.S. to pursue your studies.
