My name is Austin, I’m currently a senior finance major. I traveled to Seoul, Korea for a month in summer 2023. The biggest lesson I learned abroad is the importance of being open to new cultural customs and experiences while abroad. Having an open mind while traveling will make trying new things easy and help you integrate into the culture of your host country.
