My name is Alexa Mendes and I'm from San Diego, California! I am a senior Business Fellow studying Management Information Systems with a minor in Spanish, a certificate in Global Engagement, and a certificate in Business Analytics; I'm also in the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core. I've studied abroad through both Baylor in Madrid (Summer 2022) and Baylor in Argentina (Summer 2023). Both of my study abroad experiences were unforgettable and life-changing. There are so many things I learned through my travel experiences, and I will especially always carry with me the importance of being adaptable and being open to immersing in the beauty of another culture.
