International Education Week: Dining

Join the Center for Global Engagement and Baylor Eats as we celebrate International Education Week through food!

Next week, the Passport Station at Penland Dining Hall will be featuring the food of 5 different cultures each day from 11:00 - 2:00. See below for the menu!

Monday – China

Dan Dan noodles, chili oil noodles, stir-Fried Bok Choy with Garlic, Cucumber Salad with Sesame Oil, Lychee Fruit

Tuesday – Nigeria

Suya-Spiced Chicken, Jollof Rice, Fried Plantains, Chilled Okra & Tomato Salad, Watermelon Cubes

Wednesday – India

Chicken curry, Basmati Rice, Saag Paneer, Cucumber Raita, Mango Chutney with Papadum

Thursday – Native American Heritage

Ground bison Chili, Blue Cornbread, Three Sisters Succotash, Wild Rice Salad, Cranberry Relish

Friday – Bangladesh

Chicken Biryani, Paratha Bread, Green Mango Salad, Mishti Doi
