About the Week:
The Center for Global Engagement coordinates International Education Week 2025, a weeklong celebration taking place from November 10th to 14th. This event showcases lectures, presentations, and interactive activities that highlight the profound impact of international education at Baylor.
The Center for Global Engagement invites your organization to take part in International Education Week (IEW) 2025, happening November 10–15. This week is all about celebrating cultures, global learning, and the international community here at Baylor.
How you can join in:
We’d love for your organization to host an event! You can register your event on the IEW calendar. By submitting an event, we will include you in all IEW marketing and publication materials. Please make sure you do so by October 17th
Need some inspiration? Here are a few ideas:
- Host a guest speaker on a global issue or cultural theme.
- Organize a presentation on study abroad opportunities, promoting passport applications and scholarships. Contact Studyabroad@baylor.edu for additional information.
- Put together a panel or presentation on an international topic connected to your group.
- Feature alumni with international experience through a talk or coffee chat.
- Highlight international students and scholars in your org on social media.
- Screen a short film or video featuring study abroad or international student stories.
Organize a performance, art exhibit, or cultural showcase with your members.
Nominate a Baylor Global Changemaker! – GLOBE Awards
The Center for Global Engagement is excited to launch the inaugural GLOBE Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions to global engagement. During International Education Week (Nov. 10–14, 2025), we will honor one faculty member, staff member, and student whose work exemplifies Baylor’s mission of integrating faith, learning, and service globally.
