Exchange Application Process
Please follow the steps below to apply for to Baylor's Exchange Program (international students only)
- Nomination from your Home Institution: If you have found this page, there is a good chance you have already been nominated by your home institution. If you have not been nominated to Baylor University, please have your study abroad office contact Sophia Ferris, Study Abroad and Exchange Advisor (Sophia_Ferris@baylor.edu)
- Complete the Online Application: After you have been nominated by your home institution and been accepted into the exchange program at Baylor, you must complete your online goBaylor application. Once you have created an account, please use THIS LINK to begin your exchange application. Once your online application has been completed, you will be emailed a link to request your DS-2019 form.
- Send the following documents to the Baylor Study Abroad and Exchange Advisor – see deadlines below
- Academic Advisement Form
- Official Transcripts in English
- TOEFL Score (where required, please see your home university’s study abroad advisor)
- Submit the Baylor Health Form. Instructions for completing the Health Form can be found HERE. You must complete it and email it directly to Health_Services@baylor.edu
- Secure accommodations (housing) by requesting on-campus housing via the link provided by the Baylor Study Abroad Advisor OR by emailing the Baylor Study Abroad and Exchange Advisor to confirm you will find your own housing off-campus.
Deadlines for Fall and Spring Applicants to submit all documents.
- Studying for Fall Term: March 31st
- Studying for Spring Term: October 31st
Graduate Student Exchange Admission
Graduate exchange students are considered on a case-by-case basis. Students will need to get the instructions from the Baylor Exchange Advisor as the process varies depending on the graduate program.
